When we set out to build the Moonprints Signature Collection, we faced a choice: use off-the-shelf wholesale blanks like 90% of the industry, or engineer our own fabric from the ground up. We chose the hard path.
### The 300GSM Difference
A standard t-shirt sits at around 150GSM (Grams per Square Meter). It drapes poorly, wears out after ten washes, and feels exactly like what it is: cheap. We engineered a **300GSM heavyweight cotton**.
* **Structure:** It holds its shape, creating a boxy, architectural silhouette.
* **Durability:** The dense weave resists pilling and fading.
* **Canvas:** It provides the ultimate, flat canvas for our high-fidelity DTF prints.
